A yoga class specially designed for the journey of pregnancy. This class includes: breathwork (Pranayama); physical postures (asanas); and relaxation/meditataion, helping you connect with your body and baby. Helping you prepare for childbirth strengthen the pelvic muscles, legs, opening your hips, releasing tension in your upper body as well as improving cirulcation, aiding in digestion and relieving some of the overall discomforts of pregnancy. A great place to connect with other pregnant women, sometimes creating relationships that carry forward to playdates after birth!

If you are unable to attend a prenatal yoga class, you can still experience the benefits of yoga by checking out a free online class at the Prental Yoga Center or finding a book or yoga dvd that works for you. I recommend Shiva' Reas DVD for an all levels class that you can do throughout your pregnancy.
