I am pleased to announce that I am now offering hour-long yoga classes for you to practice any time.

On my new Vimeo page, you can practice Vinyasa level 2 and slow flow style yoga classes.

Rent a class for $3 or purchase to own for $5.

Just like my yoga classes in a studio, no matter the level, I include Asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), psychological and anatomical theming to really connect you to the different layers of the practice.
